The entire production lane contains:
Intermediate Frequency Power Supply, Capacitor bank, Induction Heating furnace, Electronic Control Cabinet, Discharging Mechanism, Three-way Selection System, Intelligent Temperature Control System, Automatic Feeder and Washboard Loading. 
Our product has following advantages:
1.Energy saving: Use IGBT module or KGPS reaches 95%-98% power factor. No need of compensation cabinet, also no harmonic wave. 
2.High Yield rate: With our 6th generation Intelligent Temperature Control System, our furnace can adjust its working power by program. This avoid 99% over/under heating.
