The entire production lane contains:
Intermediate Frequency Power Supply, Capacitor bank, Inductors (furnace body), Electric Control Cabinet, Discharging Mechanism, Three-way Selection System, Intelligent Temperature Control System, Automatic Loading System.

Our product has following advantages:
1.Energy saving: Use IGBT module or KGPS serial power source reaches 95%-98% power factor. No need of compensation cabinet, also no harmonic wave.
2.High Yield rate: With our 8th generation Intelligent Temperature Control System, our furnace can adjust its working power by program. This avoid over/under heating.
3.Fully automatic: with Automatic Feeder, Washboard Loading and Discharging Mechanism. No/minimum labour is required.
4.Easy to operate: just put in 4 parameters, and the machine will run by itself.
